Solid carbide single flute, upward spiral, 15° helix. Manufactured from Ultra Wear Resistant Micrograin Carbide, to extremely tight tolerances with a highly polished flute.
Application:
Designed to give an exceptional finish on perspex and acrylic materials. In some cases eliminating the need for flame polishing components after cutting. For best results on acrylics use on a well maintained machine, cut anti-clockwise and use ITC Minimal-Amount-Lubricant. This range of tool also offers exceptional surface finish on foamex and similar materials.
