Made from soft 80 µm PU/polyurethane film with a matte finish, B-Flex PrintUV is suitable for organic, synthetic and mixed fabrics. It is free from PVC, plasticisers and heavy metals, and uses an adhesive PET liner that helps with printing, cutting, weeding and handling. Use it for full-colour logos, text, artwork, graphics, uniforms, sportswear, promotional apparel and custom garments where UV print capability is required.

Application Workflow

• Print: Print the design onto the film using UV inks, do not mirror the artwork.
• Cut: Cut the design using a 45° blade.
• Weed: Remove excess printed material from around the graphic.
• Apply transfer tape: Apply BF Mylar transfer tape and remove air bubbles.
• Remove from liner: Lift the graphic from the liner using BF Mylar.
• Position: Place the graphic onto the garment.
• Press: Apply at 140°C for 10 seconds using medium pressure.
• Peel: Remove BF Mylar hot.
• Test: Always test with your UV printer, ink, garment and application settings before production.
