STS XPD2 DTF Ink 500ml for the Mutoh STS XPD-924D
STS XPD2 DTF inks are the genuine direct to film inks made by STS exclusively for the Mutoh STS XPD-924D, the 24 inch dual head DTF printer built for commercial garment decoration. The XPD2 formula and cartridge system were developed alongside the 924D, its continuous white ink circulation and the colour profiles preloaded in Digital Factory RIP, so ink, printer and RIP work as one.
Supplied in 500ml XPD2 cartridges in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black and White, plus a Long Store cleaning solution for flushing the system before downtime. Every cartridge is degassed and filtered during filling, and manufactured in the USA by STS, Mutoh's DTF partner.

Usage notes
- XPD2 cartridges work only in the Mutoh STS XPD-924D. They are not interchangeable with XPD cartridges for the XPD-724 or standard STS DTF cartridges for the 628D or 1682D.
- Use the Long Store cleaning solution to flush the ink system before the printer is stored, moved or left idle for an extended period, following the STS and Mutoh long store procedure.
- Keep your print room between 55% and 75% relative humidity to reduce the risk of nozzle clogs and film buckling.
- Use DTF equipment in a well ventilated area with fume extraction for powder curing, and wear gloves and eye protection when handling ink.
- Pair with quality DTF transfer film and hot melt powder for the best hand feel and wash results.
