Epson UltraChrome DF Ink 1.6L for the SureColor G6060
Epson UltraChrome DF is the genuine direct to film ink made by Epson for the SureColor G6060, Epson's first wide format printer designed exclusively for DTF production. Paired with Epson PrecisionCore printheads and Precision Dot technology, it produces crisp, bright transfers with accurate colour and an opaque white base.
Supplied in high capacity 1.6L pouches in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black and White, plus the Maintenance Liquid the G6060 runs alongside its inks and a Cleaning Liquid for manual maintenance and storage. Larger pouches mean fewer changeovers, less waste and less mess during production.

Maintenance Liquid vs Cleaning Liquid
- Maintenance Liquid is loaded into the printer like an ink pouch and used automatically to keep the printheads and capping systems clean and free of fabric lint. The printer tells you when it is empty and needs replacing.
- Cleaning Liquid is used for occasional manual maintenance and to empty the ink lines before the printer is moved or shut down for an extended period.
Usage notes
- UltraChrome DF pouches are made for the Epson SureColor G6060. They are not interchangeable with Epson DTG inks or other manufacturers' DTF inks.
- The G6060 runs six 1.6L pouches: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, White and Maintenance Liquid. All pouches load from the front of the printer.
- Using genuine Epson UltraChrome DF ink is a condition of Epson's printhead warranty cover on the G6060.
- Keep your print room within Epson's recommended temperature and humidity range to reduce the risk of nozzle clogs and film handling issues.
- Use DTF equipment in a well ventilated area with fume extraction for powder curing.
- Not sure which ink your printer needs? Check the code on your current pouch or contact Pozitive before ordering.
