The BF Varnish series consists of ultra-gloss polyurethane films that create an almost wet-look finish on garments. Whether used as a standalone colour or layered to enhance existing graphics, the super-gloss surface increases visual impact while maintaining excellent flexibility and comfort. With its adhesive PET carrier, highly visible cutting line and easy weeding characteristics, BF Varnish is ideal for both everyday production and premium fashion applications. The clear version can also be used as a gloss overlay to create unique texture and highlight effects.

Application Workflow

• Cut: Cut the design in mirror using a 45° blade.
• Weed: Remove excess material from around the graphic.
• Position: Place the design onto the garment using the adhesive PET liner.
• Press: Apply at 145°C for 10 seconds using medium pressure.
• Peel: Remove the liner hot.
• Protect: Use a cover sheet during pressing to help preserve maximum gloss levels.
• Test: Always test on the intended fabric before production.

• Wait 12 hours after application before the first wash.
• Wash garments inside out.
• Maximum wash temperature: 40°C.
• Always follow garment manufacturer care instructions.
• Use a cover sheet during application to maintain maximum gloss.
• Test before production to confirm adhesion, gloss level and fabric suitability.
