B-Flex SPORT

B-Flex Sport CAD-Cut HTV is a specialist sports heat transfer vinyl designed for decorating teamwear, uniforms, performance garments and large apparel graphics. Made from an opaque micro-perforated PU/polyurethane film, BF Sport gives apparel decorators a lightweight, breathable-feel option for large logos, names, numbers and sports uniform decoration.

The range includes B-Flex Sport for organic, synthetic and mixed fabrics, plus B-Flex Sport Subli, a white sublimation-blocking version created for synthetic sublimated fabrics. With a thin 80 µm film, matte finish and adhesive PET liner, B-Flex Sport is designed for clean cutting, easy handling and reliable application on technical garments where standard HTV may feel too heavy or block too much fabric movement.

Application Workflow

• Cut: Cut the design in mirror using a 45° blade.
• Weed: Remove excess material from around the graphic.
• Position: Place the graphic onto the garment using the adhesive PET liner.
• Press Sport: Apply BF Sport at 145°C for 10 seconds using medium pressure.
• Press Sport Subli: Apply BF Sport Subli at 130°C for 8 seconds using medium pressure.
• Peel: Remove the liner hot.
• Test: Always test on the intended sportswear or sublimated garment before production.

Wash & Care

• Wait 12 hours after application before the first wash.
• Maximum wash temperature: 40°C.
• Do not dry clean.
• Tumble dryer compatible according to the Sport supplier sheet.
• Always follow the garment manufacturer’s care instructions.
• Test before production to confirm adhesion, wash performance, fabric suitability and dye migration resistance where relevant.
