Transform your apparel and textile creations with B-Flex Puff HTV, a premium puff heat transfer vinyl that delivers a striking three-dimensional effect. Engineered to expand up to three times its original thickness during the heat press process, this puff vinyl adds depth and a soft, matte finish to your designs, making them truly stand out.

Key Features

  • Expands up to 500 microns thick.
  • Cotton, synthetic, mixed, and elastic fabrics.
  • Range now includes 18 matte colours, including neon options, 4 Metallic options & 6 Sandy Glitter Options.
  • Layer over other B-Flex series (excluding BF Puff).
  • Easy to cut, weed, and press.

Application Instructions

  1. Mirror your design and cut using a 45° blade.
  2. Carefully remove excess vinyl.
  3. Refer to the data sheet for the correct pressing temp & time. Ensure a FIRM pressure.
  4. Refer to the data sheet to check if your colour option requires a hot or cold peel.

    Note: Avoid seams, zips, or uneven surfaces for best puffing.
