B-Flex Nylon CAD-Cut HTV is a specialist heat transfer vinyl for nylon and treated fabrics, designed for garment and product decoration where standard HTV may struggle to bond correctly. Thanks to its specially formulated heat-sensitive adhesive, BF Nylon HTV is ideal for nylon, synthetic fabrics, faux leather, treated materials and difficult surfaces such as jackets, bags, umbrellas, backpacks, travel bags and lanyards.

Made from 75 µm PU/polyurethane film with a matte finish, B-Flex Nylon combines a soft garment feel with improved adhesion for long-lasting applications. The adhesive PET liner supports fast weeding and allows small details to be repositioned if they lift during production, making it a practical choice for apparel decorators, uniform suppliers, promotional product decorators and businesses working with technical fabrics.

Why Choose Nylon HTV?

  • Made for difficult fabrics: Designed for nylon, treated fabrics and surfaces where standard HTV may not perform as reliably.
  • Improved adhesion: The heat-sensitive adhesive helps create a durable bond on more challenging materials.
  • Low application temperature: Applies at 130°C, which can help reduce heat stress on sensitive fabrics.
  • Easy to work with: The adhesive PET carrier supports fast weeding and easier handling of small details.
  • Flexible finish: The 75 µm polyurethane film keeps designs thin, clean and practical for jackets, bags and apparel.

Application Workflow

  • Cut: Cut the design in mirror using a 45° blade.
  • Weed: Remove excess material carefully from around the graphic.
  • Position: Place the graphic onto the nylon, synthetic, faux leather or treated fabric surface.
  • Press: Apply at 130°C for 12 seconds using medium pressure.
  • Wait: Allow 6 to 7 seconds before liner removal.
  • Peel: Remove the liner semi-hot.
  • Test: Always test on the intended material before production, especially with coated, treated or heat-sensitive fabrics.

Pro Tip: Nylon and treated fabrics can vary heavily between brands, coatings and finishes. Always test on the actual item before production, use the recommended lower application temperature, and check adhesion once the garment has cooled.

Choose B-Flex Nylon CAD-Cut HTV when you need a reliable heat transfer vinyl for nylon, synthetic, faux leather and treated fabrics. It is a strong choice for jackets, bags, umbrellas, shoes, lanyards, workwear, uniforms and promotional products where standard HTV may not be the right fit.
