Application Workflow

• Print: Print the design onto the film, do not mirror the artwork.
• Cut: Cut the design using a 45° blade.
• Weed: Remove excess printed material from around the graphic.
• Apply transfer tape: Apply BF Mylar transfer tape and remove air bubbles.
• Remove from liner: Lift the design from the liner using the transfer tape.
• Press: Apply at 140°C for 4 seconds using medium pressure.
• Peel: Remove BF Mylar hot.
• Test: Always test on the intended garment, printer, ink and workflow before production.
