B-Flex PrintGlitter Printable HTV is a premium glitter printable heat transfer vinyl designed for solvent, eco-solvent and latex print and cut workflows. With a bright gloss glitter finish, BF PrintGlitter allows decorators to create full-colour printed graphics with extra sparkle, shine and visual impact.

Made from 120 µm PU/polyurethane film, B-Flex PrintGlitter is available in white glitter, silver glitter and gold glitter base colours. The glitter finish helps make printed artwork look bright and shiny while keeping the surface smooth to the touch. The adhesive PET carrier provides stable handling during printing, while BF Mylar is recommended for transferring the design after cutting and weeding.

Application Workflow

• Print: Print the design onto the film, do not mirror the artwork.
• Wait: Allow the print to dry for at least 8 hours before cutting and applying.
• Cut: Cut the design using a 45° blade.
• Weed: Remove excess printed material from around the graphic.
• Apply transfer tape: Apply BF Mylar and remove air bubbles.
• Remove from liner: Lift the graphic from the liner using BF Mylar.
• Position: Place the graphic onto the garment.
• Press: Apply at 150°C for 10 seconds using medium pressure.
• Peel: Remove BF Mylar hot, immediately after pressing.
• Test: Always test with your printer, ink, transfer tape, garment and application settings before production.

• Wait 12 hours after application before the first wash.
• Maximum wash temperature for the heat transfer vinyl: 40°C.
• Wash performance can depend on the ink system used, so always refer to your ink manufacturer’s data sheet.
• Always follow the garment manufacturer’s care instructions.
• Test before production to confirm print quality, glitter finish, cutting, transfer and wash performance.
