Made from a 50% PU/polyurethane and 50% PVC film, B-Flex Print03 offers a durable 120 µm matte printable film with an adhesive PET liner for stable handling during print, cut and weeding. Thanks to its thickness, the printed graphic can be removed from the liner and placed onto garments by hand without transfer tape, although BF Mylar can also be used as transfer tape where preferred.

Application Workflow

• Print: Print the design onto the film, do not mirror the artwork.
• Cut: Cut the design using a 45° blade.
• Weed: Remove excess printed material from around the graphic.
• Transfer: Remove the design from the liner by hand, or apply BF Mylar transfer tape if preferred.
• Position: Place the graphic onto the garment.
• Press: Apply at 145°C for 12 seconds using medium pressure.
• Peel: If using BF Mylar, remove it hot.
• Test: Always test with your printer, ink, garment and application settings before production.

• Wait 12 hours after application before the first wash.
