Epson UltraChrome GS3 Eco Solvent Ink — S7160 / S8160 / S9160
Epson UltraChrome GS3 is Epson's fourth-generation eco solvent ink for the SureColor S7160, S8160 and S9160 wide format printers. Building on UltraChrome GS and GS2, GS3 delivers an expanded colour gamut, higher pigment density, improved gloss levels and faster drying than its predecessors — all in a nickel-free, low odour formulation. Available in 800 ml and 1.5 L pouches to suit production volume and workflow, GS3 holds GREENGUARD Gold certification and can be used in air-conditioned office environments without specialist ventilation.

Usage notes
- Always confirm the correct ink colour, part number and pouch size for your specific SureColor model and ink configuration before ordering.
- The S7160 runs a 4-colour CMYK ink system and is compatible with 800 ml pouches only. Light Cyan, Light Magenta and all extended colours are not supported.
- The S8160 runs a 6-colour ink system (CMYK + Light Cyan + Light Magenta) and supports both 800 ml and 1.5 L pouches.
- Light Black, Orange, Red, White and Green are only available on the S9160 11-colour ink system.
- Part of the ink from the first pouches installed is used for printer initialisation.
- Review the operator guide for your printer and the instructions on each ink pouch before handling.
