B-Flex Windstop CAD-Cut HTV is a specialist heat transfer vinyl for softshell, synthetic and treated fabrics, designed for garments and accessories that need lower application temperatures. With an application temperature of just 110°C, BF Windstop is ideal for decorating waterproof jackets, softshell garments, hats, shoes, technical apparel and other synthetic fibres where standard HTV may not be the right fit.

Made from 180 µm PU/polyurethane film with a matte finish, B-Flex Windstop is fully opaque thanks to its built-in barrier. This helps light colours perform better on dark textiles and can also help prevent dye migration on sublimated garments. The adhesive PET carrier makes the film easy to work with, while highly visible cutting lines help keep weeding simple and quick.

Why Choose Windstop HTV?

  • Built-in barrier: Helps stop dye migration and supports cleaner colour results on sublimated garments.
  • Fully opaque finish: Helps light colours stand out on dark textiles and technical apparel.
  • Easy production handling: The adhesive PET carrier helps with positioning, weeding and repositioning small lifted details.
  • Made for technical garments: A strong option for jackets, hats, shoes, softshell and other difficult apparel surfaces.

Application Workflow

  • Cut: Cut the design in mirror using a 45° blade.
  • Weed: Remove excess material carefully from around the graphic.
  • Position: Place the graphic onto the garment using the adhesive PET liner.

Pro Tip: Windstop is best used when decorating technical fabrics that may not tolerate higher heat. Always test the exact item first, especially softshell, waterproof, coated or sublimated garments, as fabric coatings and dye migration can vary between suppliers.

Choose B-Flex Windstop CAD-Cut HTV when you need a low-temperature heat transfer vinyl for softshell, synthetic, treated and sublimated garments. It is a strong choice for jackets, hats, shoes, technical apparel and performance garments where opacity, lower heat and dye migration control matter.
