Application Workflow

• Print and cut: Print, cut and weed your selected B-Flex printable HTV according to that film’s data sheet.
• Remove liner: Remove the silicon paper liner from the BF Mylar.
• Apply Mylar: Place the BF Mylar over the printed material.
• Squeegee: Apply firm, even pressure manually, with a squeegee or with a laminator to avoid air bubbles.
• Lift graphic: Remove the printed material’s liner so the graphic is held on the Mylar.
• Position: Place the printed graphic onto the garment.
• Press: Follow the time, temperature and pressure settings for the printable HTV being used.
• Remove Mylar: Follow the liner removal instructions from the selected printable film data sheet.
• Test: Always test your printer, ink, printable HTV, Mylar and garment before production.
